Very poor and expensive with no benefit to you. Your better off getting a state funded or private insurance plan.

The health insurance plans are expensive.

The health insurance you can get through Menards is very lack luster. Menards does not cover any of the cost, although you do get a slight discount over what you would pay if you went through the same insurance company for a personal plan.
