Best plan still has high deductible and expensive premiums, but it's better than no insurance at all.

Very poor and expensive with no benefit to you. Your better off getting a state funded or private insurance plan.

The health insurance you can get through Menards is very lack luster. Menards does not cover any of the cost, although you do get a slight discount over what you would pay if you went through the same insurance company for a personal plan.

The insurance package they offer is expensive for what the coverage is. Most employees get insurance through a third party.

You can get better insurance by buying it outside of menards. Specifically: PPO gold for cheaper through Obama care.
