The job training videos we watched were very comprehensive and covered almost everything needed to know about the position.

Best thing was that they thoroughly train you so that you are able to work on your own with very few confusing moments. Worst thing is that it is 2 days.

I would rate somewhere in the middle for this. You are a retail worker, therefore you are ultimately cheap, expendable labor. There is online training that you can do at home for no pay. This will help you a little, but most of your training revolves around good customer service. Only recently did they start to put more of an emphasis on product training, but it still doesn't seem adequate.

Depends on the managers and how much they are willing to empower their employees.
