Training is basically entirely up to you. Online training (pretty weak) available on your own time

As a cashier, you get 2 days of training before you are tested. There is a lot of information that is tossed at the trainee which may or may not stick. I after the training, the new team member should have someone watch them with their own drawer at least for a couple hours. During training the trainee is not allowed to touch cash so it is harder to learn what key to press to accept cash.

All training is online. You read a PDF and take a multiple choice exam on the subject. If you complete all the exams, you get a winter coat as a reward.

Basically what my job consists of is keeping the parking lot free of carts, which is not hard to learn. In this case, training was easy.

The job training was actually very good. The HR people were kind of mindless drones but when I got on a till, my colleagues really helped me out and they were all very helpful and understanding.
