Best aspect is short vesting period.

401k takes awhile before employee is fully vested. Investment choices are very few and no assistance as far as financial planning

Lots of choices for investments

The plan is "ok". You get up to a 4% match but it takes forever to get vested. No matching for the first year. Then the match starts and you vest 20% at a time until your 5th year i believe. Mass mutual's benefit will likely be different.

Employee Match up to 3%

Company match is Inline with industry standard.
