401k plan choices are very minimal. Company match is very small. Statements and access to plan details is antiquated. Company is ultraconservative about just about everything.

To my knowledge there is not a 401k plan for PCS Agents, if it is there they don't encourage you to participate.

They can do better - I know companies that match up to 6% and do not have a waiting period like MetLife. It is expected you wait for 1 year before they match
