Micron Technology offers its employees medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short- and long-term disability and business travel accident insurance. Also, the Micron Family Health Center has a full-time staff of highly trained medical professionals providing services (for a $10 copay per clinic visit) to team members and their dependents covered on a Micron health plan such as: routine medical care, health screening and prevention, disease management, health education and wellness consulting and programs, care for work related injuries/illnesses, medical surveillance as required by OSHA standards, lab tests, physical therapy, immunizations and physicals for business travel, and referrals.

I use the on-site family practice clinic for just about everything. My only complaint is that of the two main hospitals in the area, Micron contracts with the one that is further from where I live and work. I'm a bachelor (no children), so that may color my opinions.
