Prescription medications that don't have an generic substitute have massive co-pays.

They moved to HSA which was not a great move.

I'm not sure there's a better healthcare plan out there, deductibles are reasonable, if non-existent, everything seems to be covered.

Full coverage, and proactive services.

Pays for most services and cost effective.

Covers almost everything with little out of pocket. Those who complain are comparing it to the crazy expensive cost that MSFT carried for it's employees in the past. I'd rather have this and better performing stock options.

No contributions needed to the health plan but extensive package as reviewed by other companies in the industry and physicians in the industry.

Great healthcare, but slowly costing us more.

before they used to cover all expenses but now there is a $1500 deductible you must pay
