Really good network and benefits (low or no co-pay)

Microsoft provides a very competitive Medical and Dental program; however, the HSA account configuration is very complex and difficult to verify what has been paid and to understand what is being covered by insurance.

Best thing is no employee premiums

Can use more improvement and beat the competition

Just about the best in the country.

It's a decent policy, but not very good compared to what it used to be.

Very low co-payment for employee, even when dependents included

Net cost for me was zero for my family of four. If I were to hit my deductible, my max out of pocket for the year was ~$2500. After leaving for a competitor/partner, I'm over $4k out of pocket worse off each year in benefits.
