After HSA / copays were introduced about 4 years ago, it's no longer a great coverage. Still better than in many other industries where software R&D is ancillary, but for companies of its size and focus it's just ok.

HSA: Time and energy and $$$ loss. Paperwork. Ambiguity. Pinches pennies for the company, no additional benefit to the employee or dependents. Was 10 times better before.
