Best Perk, Microsoft's benefit package is difficult to rival as it covers almost every aspect of life. Cons. There is no time to use said benefits. As an employee working with multiple health issues that have become more severe in recent years I have little time to care for my needs and investments. Over and Under scheduled hours either levels you with to many benefits and no time to use them or too much time, not enough money and still to many benefits.

Can go anywhere but there is a large deductible and some more out of pocket expenses

Sad about the new super high deductible (offset by a great HSA), but happy to see people with tons of dependents pay for them properly.
