Health care used to best of the best before recent changes with no out of pocket cost for employee. Now it has changed. it is high deductible plan and Microsoft partially offsets the high deductible in enrollment period

Their coverage is pretty great. I believe most employees from other companies are envious of their coverage.

Only four stars since it previously was exceptional but was adjusted to put some onus on the employees three years ago. There are several plans to choose from and anything catastrophic is fully covered.

Good coverage for preventative care, but currently pushing a HSA high-deductible plan. Painful if you need healthcare outside preventative/routine care.
