Excellent plan. Although it has moved to the HSA model which can be a pain with billing and prices etc. But that is more of an issue with the insurance companies and providers.

Prior to the implementation of Obamacare the Microsoft Health Insurance was probably the best offered anywhere in the country, I had two children while on it and never paid a penny out of pocket for anything. After Obamacare it's as good as it's legally allowed to be. We now have a high-deductible HSA system, and Microsoft provides $2500 per year into each Employee HSA.

We were told it was one of the best in the industry although it changed recently to a high deductible plan. I believe that is likely true.

They set up an HSA and contribute towards it, but the deductible is so high you will still be paying stuff out of pocket normally.

Very comprehensive with little out of pocket expense to the employee.
