Performance Bonus

Can be significant but is stack ranked

This is really good benefit

MSFTs bonuses are good but I have heard of other companies giving out more money.

Compared to Bay area, not very impressive.

Not very good in comparison to other companies

Annual reviews will determine your bonus.

lots of people game the system. the 360 reviews are opt in and not compulsary

it was pretty bad in the stack ranking years unless you had a great manager and I usually had a great manager and I did great work and was rewarded well. but the political games some folks had to play were legendary in the roles that were not sales based.

This area is just so so. fair amount. but could be more.

It isn't always clear what the potential is, but it has always been something to look forward to in September.
