performance bonuses are fair. i have received what i expected

30% of annual performance is a bonus

great policy on this as well.

Benefit offered is acceptable compared to industry

it is reasonable compared to the industry

No worst thing so far yet

Not quite sure how it is evaluated.

They offer a bonus eligibility every year but the amount you can get is VERY contingent on the relationship and effectiveness of your manager in going to bat for you. Doesn't seem to be consistent or based on your performance
