3% maximum. 50% on the first 6% contribution.

Great choice of traditional or high deductible plans. Employee costs have been held constant grown modestly over the past several years. LTD is included in the package at no additional cost. 401K and Employee stock purchase plan make saving money easy.

Pretty good. Schwab is provider. Match could be better.
