The 401k plan is administered by Schwab. There are many options/portfolios you can choose, as well as get online and face-to-face guidance on your investment opportunities. You are 100% vested at time of enrollment, company matches .5 :1 up to your contribution of 6% (an overall 3% match). There are pre and post tax contribution options.

The 401k plan is pretty disappointing. NI only matches 50% of the employees contribution, with a 3% annual maximum employer contribution.

Choice between Traditional and Roth 401(k)

401K matching is about 6% which isn't that high especially when our salaries are so long.
