The good: 20 days time off after being at the company for 5 calendar years. The Bad: you start at 15 days, then earn one day per calendar year. The bad? Start date of January 5th? That means even after 2 years you still have just 15 days. Also better hope you are not part of an acquisition that has more then 20 days - as you can kiss them goodbye.
