Not too bad but more often than not vacation needs to be cancelled as the company is so thin on people to do your job.

it's ok i've seen a lot worse .. but i've seen better at McDonnell Douglas we had the christmas shutdown, 4 weeks after 10 years, un and nato day and all the other standard holidays we need to have better vacations in this country .. more like europe
