Horrible! No option for zero stars-it’s not good health benefit coverage.

Great benefits and reasonable premiums

Cheated me of $2500 by applying the claim towards deductible instead of preventive care as mentioned in Summary of benefit coverage. Appealed the claim but no response. It was a shocker that they would cheat their own employee. Optum-Rx PBM will deny coverage to save $2 on an ointment but if they are making more money on your head they voluntarily will not disclose cheaper generic options.

Average benefits, is with United Health Care

401K, insurance, PTO and great training. Lots of chances to make overtime and commission. The down fall is the constant change and moving from account to account.

All high deductible plans. Premiums are not too bad though.

Really expensive and high deductibles

For Optum being part of UHC, its healthcare coverage isn't so great. (Definitely not comparable to Harvard Pilgrim or Tufts HMO.)
