For those WISHING this were "100%" coverage: it CAN be if you keep the cost down.
Oracle (and Dyn) paid $99% of my AA at SNHU "College for America". It's basically the same as online schooling except instead of "fixed 6 week semesters" you have a "your own pace/flex time" approach where you just need to finish around 4 classes per 6 months, or faster if you want to wrap it up sooner.
