Performance Bonus

We get monthly bonus and also associate and referral bonus

There are no performance bonus for food servers, or maybe very little. But managers and about have performance bonus

This company is very generous in their compensation when a manager does well. I receive 20% of what my store makes in controllable profit. This means a substantial amount of money each quarter when my store continues to do well on a monthly basis. I have effectively doubled my income because of this.

Also depends on how many hours you work and the bad thing is, if your manager doesn't really like you that much, you don't get so much

For a fast food restaurant, they have pretty nice bonuses. The manager does decide how to divide the bonus which is frustrating, but I still got a bonus once and it was significant.
