U get these random bonuses and they are big the biggest one I got was 275 but after taxes was taken out it was like 225. I got a lot of 75 dollar and below bonuses.

Manager have the best bonus base on last year sales. bonus every month 0-800 also every 3-4 months 1000-no cap (depending on how well your store is doing.)

really depend on the store performance, some store make good bonus some doesn't make at all. now add a new bonus gate, to promote a manger level associate able to collect the bonus which is really sucks.
