Compared to my friends I think much less than other companies for my health, dental and vision insurance. It is all dependent upon your salary.

Use to be great with many carriers to choose from but now the only option is an HMO or United and the deductible are super high and they they don't cover 100percent after deductible. The new plans aren't that great.

The insurance is pretty good. The premiums that employees pay are based on salary so that makes things a little easier on the lesser compensated employees.
