Health Insurance

The health insurance at MTV networks was always top notch. There were always anywhere from 3 - 6 plans offered each year and it allowed employees the freedom to select from the option that suited them best. I always chose the highest available plan (highest bi-weekly contribution), but always benefited in the end by having the ability to chose any doctor I wanted and no need to get referrals and Prior-Authorizations on every last thing.
