You pretty much get thrown to the wolves unless the person who trained you is decent

Great OJT program as a new hire and continued trainings are encouraged

My training has been well

Well, its a never ending story, its more like hands-on training. If you are in Manufacturing you will need to carve time out at home to get trained, or figure out how to make it happen. If you are in Cinci or other than plant, I think you will have better chances of getting trained in a timely manner and without having to dedicate extra hours during weekends, or nights.
