The best part of the work from home plan is that they make it supper easy to use and take advantage of.

Great work life balance, company provided equipment. Or managers care so they are always still reachable if ever need be.

Some roles / departments allow occasional work from home. Some don't allow it at all. Others allow 100% remote work. It is not consistent.

The ability to work from home is very nice. The only drawback that I experience was a seeming distrust by my supervisor who micro managed me to the point that I felt harassed.

Able to work from home whenever it is convenient for me. Still expected to spend most of the week in the office though.
