Work From Home

Horrible. Only a select few get to do it.

Large amount of people work from home. Need to live within 60 miles from office. Working on greater distance

It is very difficult to get a work from home position. They only select around 12 employees twice a year.

I was fortunate enough (after three years tenure) to be selected to work from home. It was a great experience, especially since I had a long commute and live in an area with bad winter weather. Never had to worry about getting to work when the snow and roads were bad.
