Very high weekly costs and deductibles.

Doesn’t cover much anymore. I’ve been here for years and each year I have to pay more and more and receive less and less benefits. Not to say this isn’t also the insurance company themselves, but Prolink hasn’t done anything to show empathy or work with their loyal team members that have been here for years

High deductible plan options only

The deductibles are a bit high for family members

Good coverage but very expensive.

Providers are Anthem and Delta Dental

Expensive. But widely accepted here
