they offer 80 hours yearly. if you are sick you should take off.

They used to have honor system for exempt employees. Now we have to record 1/2 or 1 day sick day just to go to a doctor's appointment - even though we are working long-hour anyway. I heard they had to do this because the law-makers changed the law.
