Company is pushing everyone toward the newer high deductible plus HSA plans, because they cost the company $8K less than traditional plan. The company does give back some of this savings to the employee via a contibution to the HSA, but they could do much more - at least give some consideration (brownie points) to those who made the switch.

The healthcare insurance is wonderful for oversees employees, they coordinate with t he doctors for appointments and payment of the bills, some are direct pay and some are out of pocket and reimbursable
