HDHP plus an HSA allows for wealth building in addition to 401k and IRA.

HDHP90 does not have the company contribute as much anymore. Every companies Health care plan is getting worse. I max the HSA and it has been fun to use as I dont go to the doctor at all. I have used our in house Arrosti, accupuncture and massages with that card. So good to get a pre tax on that.

It changes all of the time. They have gone through a few medical, dental, and prescription benefits. They keep getting more and more strict, to the point where you end up just having to pay for everything yourself because you would rather not have to jump through a million hoops to get what you need. Thank god I don't have any life threatening conditions.

They pushed the low rate plan with high deductibles to save Racskpace money.

The health insurance started off being great, but as the company grew, benefits and costs went away/went up. Used to get several Airrosti visits covered per year
