This varies team by team, but my team is very flexible with work from home. This is very beneficial to me, because I thrive in a quiet environment and the open office at Red Hat Tower makes focusing difficult when working on highly detailed tasks. Also, being able to work from home to accommodate family needs is flexible and the expectations are clearly communicated to avoid abuse and overuse of the benefit.

Highly remote company. Most areas have the flexibility to work from home as needed and in some cases, all the time.

Though this was dependent on the manager, it was quite common throughout the company.
