Cost of health insurance just continues to go up substantially year after year. Most employees I have tend to try not to go to the doctor because of the deductibles being so high. Most employees understand that since the passing of the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care), the cost for health care has gone up for everyone but more and more employees are starting to opt out of health care coverage due to the large premiums and large deductibles.

Health insurance premiums are increasing while coverage is declining and both deductibles and stop loss are increasing.
