There were 3 availbale plans to choose from 2. A cheaper one with a high deductible, a more expensive higher coverage lower deductible plan, and the cheapest plan was was mostly so you could have health insurance and RX coverage.

Good thing covers everything. Bad thing hi copay

Could be better for such a large organization.

Industry standard and acceptable for US employer

In theory it will cover you but good luck navigating every bit of bureaucracy in a timely manner and hope you don’t end up out of network because of some emergency.

Does the job and comes with a HSA option.

Health insurance covers most issues.
