Good benefits package, the only drawback is this company is currently not matching the contributions to the 401K.

Benefit carriers change frequently.

Overall I think the health insurance was standard to pretty good. I will say they did seem to offer a lot of addition insurance options if you wanted to pay for them like more emergency care coverage, ADD life and disability insurance, and at one time even pet insurance.

Benefits are good but you have to out of pocket lot

Health insurance is decent, variety of plans and deductibles are good. Health insurance is decent, variety of plans and deductibles are good.

Health insurance coverage is not great

Poor health plan. Was. Enter before with United Health which covered most if not all routine or follow up. Now you must pay full or partial until deductible is met.

It just be ok. Not so attractive.

The health insurance is too expensive and you have to come out of pocket too much.
