There are several coverage options. I selected one with a deductible and and HSA account, which the company contributes $500 to at the beginning of each year. The doctor choices and prescription coverage are pretty good, but the plan seems pretty expensive. They don't pay for almost anything until you've met the deductible.

The health insurance is the same as any other place in this industry, that ive found. Not bad, but nothing to brag about.

Used it for myself and my family. Very good coverage. Have a very good selection of doctors in the area.

80/20 split after deductible is OK not great. Cost for low deductible plan has risen a large amount recently to ~$400/month/family.
