Very good benefits, since it's a large company. It is expensive, but you would be hard pressed to find medical insurance now that isn't.

The insurance used to be even better than military insurance, but when government health care reform started taking place, the coverage went down. They still offer 80/20, so it's still not bad, it's just more expensive.
