SWY offers Cigna and "puts aside" the $750 deductible into a form of HSA, I'm not certain about the technical aspects, but benefits are capped at 2 million dollars--that includes prescriptions and hospital.

Best thing is that it have a great Health Insurance which automatically get integrated once you start working there and do at least four months.

The company won't explain how to make the most of your health insurance. If you're clever or have someone knowledgeable help you, you can save money. It's definitely not the best insurance (high deductibles, difficult to find in-network providers) but if you can figure it out, your PCP visits can be as low as $5, in-network and approved specialists are $10. Prescription coverage is decent within formulary and dental and vision is standard. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WITH INSURANCE FIRST BEFORE ACCEPTING CARE, costs can significantly vary.

The plan itself is fine, but the health care providers do leave a lot to be desired.
