I had to pay part of it, but it was not that much and I was able to make a lot of my own decisions about health care and benefits that I received. There was also a program yearly to decrease the amount you spend on health insurance.

It is an incentive-based plan, as created by Steve Burd. If you demonstrate behavior changes that make you more healthy, you are rewarded. If you smoke and generally don't have healthy measurables, you will pay for it.

They only offer insurance to full time employees, which is normal however only a handful of employees receive full time hours. The management and the employees who have been there 10+ years are the only ones who receive it.
