Best is that it is paid through via the union. Worst is only two choices. Union membership dues up front can be expensive. $200/300 and up depending on position, and 4 months to pay it- you have to join the union. However, once a month you pay $30-70 (for example) and that covers all union benefits and insurance.

I never had the insurance through them but everyone who did said it was average at best. Basic health, dental, and vision.
