I love the idea of retirement plan, for most likely, I will never marry again, for that support,so the retirement plan, is ideal.

I think working in a non-union store, should count with the pension, there still hours worked. Just like a union store.

Best thing is that they have been good to employees but need to be more helpful when u work 30 years or so and ur comin close to the end of your career give them some bonus or money for certain years of service as a appreciation for there work and happy retirement example (20 years offer 5000 when retired 30 offer 10000 40 maybe 20000 just so they can live happy) be able to say that this company is great to work for and be the driving factor for people to want to come work for safeway.
