Written up for calling in sick. Came in next day, still sick, about ready to drop. Only offered an early break. Now if I miss four days in the year by calling off, they'll fire me. Fair much?

To be honest, I never took more than 1 or 2 days of sick pay. If it were up to me, I saw too many employees, overuse them, and always a problem, to get coverage for them.
