The worst part is they use a high deductible health plan. This basically means anything that isn't a catastrophic car accident will come out of your pocket. They provide a health savings account contribution but that will get used up pretty quickly. It might be ok for a single person but for a family it is garbage.

Very high premiums and only standard coverage make their plans unremarkable for such a large corporation where it would be expected that better than average plans might be available.

Best thing is the provider network is generally high quality doctors and hospitals. Worst part is the rising cost of medical in the USA, which every company operating in USA has to deal with.

Not a great plan for families. Only covers preventative care.

Only High Deductible plan is offered. Not good for employees with spouse and young children.

They have a high deductible plan. It's only worth it if you are single and only see a dr once a year for your annual check up. Otherwise you will be spending a great deal of money out of pocket.

The last few years the coverage continues to get more expensive and less is covered - the employee has to share a much larger part of the cost.
