2 Weeks to start and the 1 additional week every 5 years.

2 weeks currently. This is the worst part about shell. Some managers give their employees additional days off, but if you have a strict manager you have to be very stringent in your logging and are only given a short amount of vacation.

6 weeks vacation after 30 years, 5 weeks after 20 years
