Diversity Programs

I see a lot of diversity within Charter and it's really nice to see they promote from within. We also have several different groups you can join, such as LGBT+, women's, multicultural and more. They all put together different forums and activities

neutral on this. There isn't a big program or anything

Who doesn't have this? A great program, but like any other, there is also room for improvement, such as balance. I don't see the balance anywhere in America. It's mostly one-sided and does not take into account every individual, just geared toward the minority, whom ever they are in a particular of the U.S.

Use to be much better - employee networking groups, activities. Not as much of a focus or attention given to such with the merger.
