The employee portal say they have one but it was never reflected on the department where I was if you were Caucasian then you could advance they never ever in the history of that department had a sales manager that was not Caucasian and we watched as they manipulated to keep from having any other race for a management position you could be a supervisor but you could never be a manager and there were only two other supervisors that we're not Caucasian at any given time in my career
