High deductible. Company only offers two options at health care plans. Only 80/20 plan offered. High RX minimums.

Not many options and there is no formal HR person to talk to or explain anything. You are just supposed to pick something.

Good for what it is. Well priced, but still a lot for a full time employee. Part-time and dental coverage was a rip off.

Health insurance is offered but the compensation is not enough to pay for the costs of health insurance especially if yo u are part time.

with a two-tiered deductible and no alternative plans, ongoing medications are often paid in full by the insured for all if not most of the year. The insurance plan is VERY unfriendly to anyone working at the company with a chronic, medicated condition.
