My family & I had no health insurance for 4 horrible years and were dependent on Medicaid. We now have Blue Cross/Blue Shield; there are three levels one can choose from: Gold, Silver, Bronze. After years of shoddy medical care I chose Gold and am THRILLED with the coverage, as both my husband and I have chronic health issues. The premiums are taken out of each biweekly check; obviously that makes my take-home pay smaller, but it is my contribution to our family and an invaluable one. Obamacare is a wonderful concept & I support it as I know how horrible it is to be without any coverage, but what we have now is the gold standard and I will gladly work at Starbucks FOREVER to keep this!

I do not personally receive the insurance at Starbucks, but I have heard great things about it!

Although I didn't receive dental, I heard it wasn't too great. Our health insurance was pretty good though.

I couldn't afford the premium so I stuck with Obamacare.

They had amazing health insurance. I had a snowboarding accident while working there and Starbucks covered $146,000 of my $150,000 surgery.
