Part-time benefits are difficult to come by at 20 hours per week of work. In TX they offer Blue Cross Blue Shield which is a great provider.

Still expensive. Not a lot of workers under an Assistant Manager can afford the co-pay plans, and the deductible plans take a hefty chunk out of your paycheck.
