Free Employee Assistance Program and a great Health Insurance Plan.

Decent BCBS HMO but it's roughly $140 a month for subpar insurance with high deductibles and copays. Dental is a complete joke. Vision is okay but not the best. Very picky to where you can go to be seen by a doctor.

Very expensive premium and mediocre coverage.

The health insurance I had while at Starbucks was Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it was great. It was affordable and high-quality, and you only have to work 20 hours a week to qualify. Starbucks takes care of their employees.

Health insurance provided is decent, however it is still too expensive if you're only making $8.50 per hour.

You have multiple options for health insurance and you can include your children and wife if necessary.

Cant get much better than offering full time benefits to part time employees. That is enough to make people want to become a partner right there.
